The vacation or excuse requests via the internet make the employee on permanent connection with the company, so he can access the internet  via mobiles and tablets to make a vacation request or excuses and then access again to take the acceptance or the refusal.

This system allows also the managers to follow the employees’ requests even outside the normal working hours.
