Senior ERP Implementation Engineer

Job Requirements:

1- Minimum Bachelor degree of: Engineering, Computer Science or Commerce (English Section is Recommended)

2- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP software implementation (installation, training and support)

3- Experience in implementation of INTERNETional ERP software packages (e.g. MS Axapta, Great Plains, Solomon, Oracle Financials, SAP, Platinum, J.D. Edwards, Scala, BAAN, etc...).

4- Experience in troubleshooting ERP software issues and fulfilling customer requirements

5- Experience in applying ERP systems in medium to large enterprises

6- Good knowledge of Accounting concepts

7- Very good Representation

8- Report writing capabilities

9- Ability to write software documentation (user and operation manuals)

10- Very Good Command of English

11- Experience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)

12- Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft Power Point

13- Commitment to project delivery dates and task deadline dates

14- Ownership of a car will be an additional benefit

15- Experience in pre-sales activities will be a privilege

16- Experience in Installation and Administration of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 RDBMS will be a privilege

Job Description:

- Work with a team of senior and junior ERP implementers

- Responsible of implementation of ERP projects including activities like: software installation, training and support, until final delivery and project signoff to customer

- Gather, analyze, document and approve customer customization requirements

- Create system specifications according to customer requirements and approving them from the customer

- Handover of the customer requirements to system designers and architects to develop the requirements

- Monitor development process of the customer requirements until receiving from the development

- Receiving, inspecting and testing developed customer requirements until delivery to customers

- Conducting in-house and on-site software test labs

- Troubleshooting software issues and technical support on software applications via phone, email or on-site visits

- Presentation of software functionality and demonstrations to customers

- Performing periodical system audit and executing software maintenance procedures for customers on-site

- Managing specific customer accounts in terms of support and system related consultation
